Prior to this, I served as a Senior Technical Support Engineer with VMware Premier Services for Telco, and as a Technical Lead with Microsoft Enterprise Platform Support, specializing in Production and Premier Support. I possess extensive expertise in High Availability, Deployments, VMware Core Technologies, as well as Tanzu and Horizon.
